Our Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping Policy: Once we receive your order it will be placed into our production orders. It can take up to 4 weeks for your order to be made. We do not stock premade items. We do this to ensure that your order is of the best quality and freshness. We ship our items by Priority Mail. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. For Holiday orders such as Christmas and Valentine's Day please allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing due to the large volume of orders we receive at these times. We will ship world wide and to all APO's.

Return Policy: We will refund/replace any order that is damaged in shipping with the exclusion of items that have melted due to being left in a postal box/out doors is warm weather. We will only be responsible for items until they are delivered. If your items arrive damaged please follow these stepsto receive a refund or replacement: email the sales department with your complaint, include photos of our product that have been damaged, the original shipping package and tell us whether you want a refund or replacement of the item.
